Love, Hate, and Haiti

American Dissident Voices Broadcast of
January 23rd, 2010

Hello, and welcome back to this week’s broadcast of American Dissident Voices, the Internet radio program of North America’s foremost racialist organization, the National Alliance. I’m your host and the Chairman of the Alliance, Erich Gliebe.

The events in Haiti in the aftermath of the January 12th earthquake have dominated the media for about the last week-and-a-half. Today, I’ll try to make some connections between what has been going on there recently and the racial situation as it pertains to our people.

First of all, let me be clear that the goal at the forefront of the organization I head, the National Alliance, is to achieve a White racial homeland so that our people can continue on the upward path of our own destiny. We wish to secure the conditions that will allow our people to go as far as we have it within ourselves to take us. Because of that, the direct impact that the January 12th earthquake made on an estimated three million Haitians has prompted in White racialists a somewhat toned-down emotional response, as compared to the response of mainstream Americans. Let’s take a few moments and examine that collective response that has swept over the country.

Prompted by the Jewish media and by one-worlders throughout the United States, most mainstream Americans have come to believe that there is a single proper response to the situation in Haiti. Firstly, they have been told to give as much money as they can to aid in the disaster relief effort. Community and church organizations are advertising heavily in newspapers and on TV and radio, mobilizing those people under their influence to gather money and material goods to send to Haiti.

Secondly, Americans of all religious faiths, but particularly Christians, have been encouraged by their religious leaders to pray for the Haitians and the fate of the relief effort. As if any anthropomorphic god that DOES exist doesn’t already know exactly what is needed in Haiti! I doubt that any number of pleas on the part of simple-minded human beings (and I do mean simple-minded) would convince any deity to say to himself, “Well, I wasn’t going to lift a finger to remedy this situation, but now that so many people are begging me to help things turn out all right, I guess I’ll move around those human chess pieces to make the most of the situation.”

And thirdly, the implicit emotional response that the media are trying to drum up in Americans is that of guilt: guilt that we are a wealthy nation and Haiti isn’t; guilt that we have enough food, clean water, and shelter, while a large number of Haitians don’t; and guilt that some 80,000 of them (and perhaps more) will have been found to have lost their lives due to the earthquake, while nothing of such a magnitude has ever occurred in the modern era in the U.S.

Although I can’t speak for all White racialists, I think it is a fairly safe statement to say that we are largely immune to this type of induced guilt that is afflicting most Americans. It is truly unfortunate that Haiti was hit with a magnitude 7.0 earthquake, especially after a very damaging year of hurricanes in the Caribbean and decades of political unrest in the country, but natural disasters are as much a part of the experience of living on this planet as are natural beauties such as warm weather or clear skies or rainbows or breathtaking sunsets. With the one, comes the other. With life, come both. With death, come neither. Take your pick. But in the overall scheme of things, the Haitian earthquake is, well, just another one of those things.

Of course, all of this sounds terribly hard-hearted from the multiculturalist, one-world point of view. “How can you think such things, much less say them openly?” the fuzzy-brained liberal will object. “How can you be so full of hate?” Well hate, like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder, so let’s take a look at the multiculturalist accusations of White racism or, as they like to call it, “hate.”

From the multiculturalist point of view, the fact that White racialists have no emotional attachment to the plight of the Haitian people constitutes “hate.” But on the other hand, from the White racialist point of view, the fact that multiculturalists have no emotional attachment to the worldwide plight of the White race constitutes “hate.” In other words, the emotional detachment that multiculturalists today have to the facts about White racial decline – falling White birthrates, increasing rate of White dissolution through miscegenation, the “minorityizing” of White populations in areas formerly dominated by Whites – is just as “hateful” as the disregard that many Whites have for the unfortunate plight of Haitian Blacks and others.

Anyway, so hate is in the eye of the beholder. But so is love. The multiculturalists call their donations of time and money to the Haitian relief effort “love,” while White racialists call their own contributions to the White racialist Cause by the same name. Perhaps not coincidentally, what one camp takes for love, the other calls “hate,” and vice versa. But in any case, an objective analysis of the two worldviews shows that neither one can claim to be inherently morally superior to the other, because both favor some people over others. And although I am clearly in the White racialist camp and believe that the White racialist worldview is morally superior to the multiculturalist worldview – because it is better aligned with Nature’s evolutionary tendency toward the elevation of life – I can see why most people today choose a multiculturalist worldview, given the overwhelming peer pressure exerted by the Jewish-controlled media.

And one more time, just to cover our bases…

There are those who still cannot understand how the multiculturalist worldview favors some people over others. “By definition,” such people say, “the multiculturalist worldview promotes the well-being of ALL races. How can you say it favors some people over others (namely, non-Whites over Whites)?”

I say this because, as history has shown, without a defined living space of its own, the White race gradually becomes absorbed into the gene pool of the numerically larger non-White races with which it comes into contact. Therefore, in order to survive as a viable race into the foreseeable future, we must soon acquire our own racial state. By promoting the intermingling of all races, the multiculturalist worldview, in effect, actually promotes the destruction of racial uniqueness; in particular, the extinction of the White race. That the destruction of the White race is perhaps not the INTENT of the multiculturalist worldview is irrelevant; the destructive effect of that worldview is plain to see and it must be discarded, regardless of its real or purported intent.

Moreover, White racialists contend that OUR worldview actually acts to benefit ALL races, in the sense that we would allow each race a space on the planet to pursue its own history, its own culture, its own destiny… without interference from the others. So no more will we listen to any talk about our worldview being one of hate, while the multiculturalist is one of love; quite to the contrary, and the sooner more Whites understand and accept that fact, the better off our descendants will be.

But anyway, back to Haiti. From everything I have observed on television, in the newspapers, and on the Internet, it seems that a strange infatuation has taken over the people in the United States: namely, an insane attempt to “save” Haiti from not only this most recent earthquake disaster, but also everything else that is going wrong and that HAS been going wrong for a few hundred years in the Caribbean country. The U.S. has sent thousands of soldiers to Haiti in an effort to keep the rioting and looters under control as the free goodies of food, water, and other necessities are distributed. Because nearly all of the hospitals in the country were destroyed, dozens of temporary medical facilities have been set up. In some cases, Haitian children living in orphanages who were awaiting their chance to be adopted by American families have had their paperwork expedited by well-meaning do-gooders; after a short trip on a U.S. military aircraft, they are here to stay in the United States, with just a little more paperwork to be filled out before they are full-fledged U.S. citizens, practically before they have learned a word of English. It seems only a matter of time before some nutcase proposes that the entire population of Haiti – all nine million or so – is relocated onto U.S. soil, courtesy of the American government and its more-or-less willing taxpayers, who are tabbed to dump some ten billion dollars into the rebuilding of Haiti.

But Haiti’s problems didn’t begin on January 12th. They have been going on for quite a while. I’ll give you an abbreviated history to get you up to speed.

When Christopher Columbus landed on the island he called Hispaniola in 1492, he found it already populated by Indians. Over the next hundred years, after destroying the Indians – largely by exposure to European diseases, to which the Indians had no natural resistance – the French came to control the western third of the island, which is now called Haiti. Likewise, through some fighting but also via disease, the Spanish maintained their control over the eastern two-thirds, now called the Dominican Republic.

The French transformed their part of the island into a highly productive enterprise, growing large quantities of coffee and sugarcane to export to the Americas and to Europe. They did this largely by the use of slave labor, importing tens of thousands of African slaves onto the island every year. Year by year, the White proportion of the population fell on both the east and west ends of the island and the Black proportion grew.

Now, I and many other White racialists have gone on record in the past, saying that – from the perspective of the White racialist worldview today – that the practice of non-White slavery was irresponsible and immoral. Even the multiculturalists will agree with us on this count, although they probably won’t agree with our rationale as to WHY non-White slavery is immoral. Non-White slavery ISN’T immoral because it violates any alleged “rights” that individual non-Whites have; nature recognizes no inherent “rights” in any group or individual.

No; for the men and women of the National Alliance, non-White slavery is immoral because its effect is to weaken the White race. No matter its intent, non-White slavery serves to, firstly, bring our people into close contact with a large number of non-Whites, who could rise up – and many times HAVE risen up – to deliver a blow to our people. Secondly – again, no matter its intent – non-White slavery serves to promote the creation of a mixed-race class of citizens, which results from the inevitable coupling of Whites and non-Whites when they occupy the same living space. With non-White slavery, as for multiculturalism – as I mentioned earlier in this broadcast – the alleged INTENT and the observable OUTCOME don’t quite match up. For a logically consistent worldview, the intent and the outcome must mirror each other as much as possible, and the White racialist worldview of the National Alliance attempts to conform to this criterion.

Well, the situation in the western third of Hispaniola eventually reached the breaking point. With the outbreak of the French Revolution, the French lost the will to maintain a firm grip on the island. After some years of bitter fighting and large-scale massacres on both sides, the French gave up on Haiti, which resulted in Haiti being the only country formed as the result of a successful slave revolt. Although the French tried several times to re-establish their hegemony in Haiti, the effort was half-hearted and now hardly worth the effort. Once the organized social structure of the Europeans had been destroyed, the island descended into chaos, where it has remained to this day.

Now, no one is going to deny that injustices were inflicted by – and on – both Blacks and Whites throughout Haiti’s history. And whether or not we can come to consensus on which group was harmed the most (or which benefited the most), the irrefutable fact is that the Black nation of Haiti has had ample time and opportunity to pull itself out of its hopelessness and its abject poverty.

But it hasn’t pulled itself out; that is, the Black population of Haiti has shown itself completely unable to form and maintain over the last two hundred years what we Whites consider to be a stable and prosperous nation.

That last fact suggests to us a couple of things. For one, it suggests that no amount of time, effort, and money on the part of the United States or other developed countries is going to have ANY kind of long-term impact whatsoever on Haiti’s prospects for the future. It may alleviate some of the Haitian people’s suffering in the short term – and maybe that is enough for short-sighted Americans – but in the long run, it will all be a waste. In that sense, the U.S.’s efforts in Haiti are similar to our efforts in Vietnam 40 years ago. And they are similar to our efforts in the Middle East over most of the last decade.

But the other thing we should take from this is that Haiti’s inability to right its own ship suggests to us that Africans are constitutionally deficient in the qualities that are needed for what we Whites have traditionally considered to be a civilization. Wherever we Whites have gone throughout history, some semblance of what would classify as a civilization resulted. Granted, it might have taken a while for that to happen, and some White civilizations were arguably more “civilized” than were others. But the elements needed for organized and stable societies were always there, even from the beginning, before a grand civilization was formed. And that’s because THAT is just what we Whites are.

And similarly, it seems that while Blacks have many unique traits and gifts, in general they lack the qualities for a White-like civilization. Certainly, the presence of Blacks in the United States and other traditionally White countries hasn’t contributed to the prosperity and stability of any of those countries.

What all of that means is that the races MUST separate. Blacks must be allowed to have their own civilization – as must other non-White races – and we Whites must be allowed to have ours, to build and to steer in a way that makes it an expression of the White race-soul.

Call it hate, if you want. But of course, you’d be wrong. Racialism is equivalent to a love and respect for your own kind as well as – to a lesser degree – a respect for others. Haiti gives us clues as to where we need to be headed, if we just step away from do-gooding long enough to see the light.

I’m Erich Gliebe, and thanks for being with me again today.
